Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Actively participate in the initial design development, review, and coordination of MEP services and assess their constructability.
• Compliance: Ensure legal and statutory compliance of designs and follow up to obtain timely approvals from authorities.
• Documentation & Procurement: Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs, and assist the procurement team in preparing technical submittals for vendors and subcontractors.
• Contractor Management: Ensure MEP contractors submit and obtain approvals for shop drawings, and implement the conditions of these approvals at the construction site.
• Site Execution: Oversee and monitor the execution of MEP work at the site to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and the master project schedule.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to required quality standards and ensure safety compliance for all MEP installations.
• Reporting: Provide timely and critical reports to the client on the progress of activities and flag potential bottlenecks to prevent delays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
