Senior Project Engineer at Lamprell, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the execution of onshore oil and gas projects, encompassing civil, mechanical, instrumentation & telemetry (I&T), and MEP systems. Your role will involve overseeing the engineering, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring that all project deliverables meet Lamprell’s high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.


Senior Project Engineer – Civil

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing and executing civil engineering projects from inception through completion. Leads design review, site supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee civil engineering design, planning, and execution.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Mentor junior engineers and supervise site staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in civil project engineering or construction.
  • Proficient with civil engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical

Position Summary:

Leads mechanical engineering efforts in design, procurement, and construction of mechanical systems. Ensures technical accuracy and project deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical design and installation activities.
  • Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and vendor documents.
  • Collaborate with procurement and construction teams.
  • Track project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
  • Enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and training to junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8+ years’ experience in mechanical project engineering or construction.
  • Experience with mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Senior Project Engineer – Instrumentation & Telemetry (I&T)

Position Summary:

Oversees instrumentation design, installation, and commissioning. Ensures accurate and reliable telemetry and control systems for process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead instrumentation engineering activities including design, procurement, and installation.
  • Review loop diagrams, datasheets, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with electrical and control systems teams.
  • Perform site inspections and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISA, IEC).
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering.
  • 8+ years in instrumentation engineering or related fields.
  • Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, and related systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Senior Project Engineer – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Position Summary:

Responsible for the successful delivery of MEP engineering and construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Review MEP drawings and technical documents.
