Job description:

Job Title: Senior Project Engineer -Construction

Location: Manama

Bahrain-Salary: Up to 1500 BHD

Requirements:

• Age: 42 – 50 years
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in a similar role
• Strong project management and site supervision experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project execution from start to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor site activities, quality control, and safety compliance
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation
• Handle technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Lead and supervise engineering and site teams

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of project planning and execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
