Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in managing luxury villa or VIP residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver prestigious villa developments on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all site activities for VIP villa construction projects.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and material usage.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and project managers.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical/site issues.
• Oversee finishing works to ensure premium standards are achieved.
• Manage inspections, handovers, and client coordination.
• Ensure cost control and efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of site engineering experience, with significant exposure to VIP villas, luxury residences, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in structural, finishing, and fit-out works.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC experience in premium residential or palace projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience with high-profile private clients or royal family projects preferred.
