Design & Consultant Coordination
Daily coordination with Architect + SVZ PMC
Follow-up on design drawings, working drawings, revisions
Identify design gaps early (very important)
Ensure drawings align with site execution reality
Tendering & Cost Control
Participate in contractor tendering process
Compare BOQs, negotiate rates with PMC support
Coordinate material specifications vs budget
Keep cost vs quality balance aligned with your brand
You need someone commercially aware—not just technical.
Site Monitoring & Execution Control
Weekly site visits (minimum)
Cross-check contractor progress vs plan
Ensure quality standards (finishing matters for your brand)
Report real status, not filtered status
Planning & Timeline Control
Work with Architect + Contractor on bar charts / Gantt
Track delays and push accountability
Flag risks early (authority approvals, design delays)
Authority Approvals & Compliance
Coordinate NOCs, submissions, documentation
Work closely with:
RERA Dubai
Dubai Municipality / DDA / Trakhees (depending on project)
Ensure no approval delays
Experience:
8–15 years total
Minimum 4–6 years in UAE
Must have handled multiple projects simultaneously (3–5)
Background:
Civil Engineer (mandatory)
Experience with real estate developers (not only contractors)
Skillset:
Strong coordination + follow-up ability
Knows how to push consultants & contractors
Basic commercial understanding (costing, negotiation)
Familiar with Dubai approval ecosystem
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
