Senior Project Engineer

Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage civil construction projects in the UAE. The candidate should have a strong civil construction background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved timeline and budget.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and project management tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of overall experience in the civil construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC/UAE (Mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and site teams.
