Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of façade projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing aluminum and façade works, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aluminum and façade projects from initiation to handover.
• Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, production, and site installation teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to QA/QC and project requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and method statements.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and installation.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders; provide technical support and solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality control standards.
• Monitor and control project costs, reporting deviations or potential risks to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and façade systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and relevant façade standards.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
