Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to manage and deliver façade projects from planning through execution and handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in aluminum and façade systems, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience in site management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aluminum and façade project activities from project initiation to completion.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Resolve technical, design, and site-related issues efficiently and proactively.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection requests, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
• Provide technical guidance to site engineers, foremen, and installation teams.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 8–12 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade projects, preferably within the GCC.
• Strong hands-on experience in curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, glazing, windows, doors, louvers, and façade panels.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of façade systems, fabrication, and installation methodologies.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site safety standards.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,500.00 per month
