Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in aluminum, façade, and glazing systems, and will be responsible for managing multiple projects from planning through execution and handover. This role requires strong site leadership, coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aluminum, façade, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing projects from initiation to completion.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare and verify material take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and production teams to resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Supervise and monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Track project progress, schedules, manpower, and budgets, and submit regular reports to management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify site risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company policies.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–12 years of UAE/GCC experience in aluminum, façade, and glazing projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, stick & unitized systems, and glazing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,500.00 per month
