Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with expertise in aluminum, façade, and glazing systems to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee multiple façade and aluminum projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, site management experience, and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage aluminum and façade projects from initiation to completion.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements.
• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular reports to management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve site challenges and minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–12 years of experience in aluminum, façade, and glazing projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
