Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with expertise in aluminum, façade, and glazing systems to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee multiple façade and aluminum projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and cost efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on site management experience, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage aluminum and façade projects from initiation to completion.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to fully understand scope and requirements.
• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring execution aligns with drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular reports to management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement corrective actions to address site challenges and minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–12 years of experience in aluminum, façade, and glazing projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
