Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of façade projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in aluminum and façade systems, with a proven ability to manage projects from design coordination through installation and handover—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aluminum and façade projects from initiation through final handover.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement, production, and site installation teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and project specifications.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, progress reports, method statements, and work programs.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and installation.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders; provide technical support and solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, local authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor project costs, identify risks or deviations, and report to management with mitigation plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE market.
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, and façade solutions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and/or Primavera, and relevant façade industry standards.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and perform under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,500.00 per month
