Senior Project Engineer - EPC Business Unit

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead project engineering activities with a strong focus on project management, schedule adherence, and cost control to ensure successful delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including QA/QC records, technical procedures, and compliance reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, plans, and design packages to support project execution.
• Oversee site operations, including supervision of labor, coordination of material and equipment deliveries, and development of detailed execution and coordination plans.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Support continuous forecasting of project costs, revenue, and margins, ensuring accurate financial visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings to prepare cost estimates and evaluate scope impacts.
• Assess and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure technical and commercial alignment with project requirements.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure strict adherence to HSE procedures across all on-site activities.
• Monitor and evaluate design modifications, assessing their cost, schedule, and constructability impacts.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas project engineering.
• Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
