Senior Project Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and delivering interior fit-out projects from start to handover across commercial sectors including F&B, retail, offices, hospitality, clinics, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site execution of interior fit-out works as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Manage materials, procurement, and approvals.
• Ensure quality, safety (QHSE), and authority compliance (DCD, DHA/DOH).
• Monitor progress, reporting, and schedules.
• Identify variations, control costs, and support QS.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil / Architecture / Interior Engineering.
• 7–12 years UAE interior fit-out experience.
• Strong coordination, technical, and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
