Lead and oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timelines.
Manage and coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any conflicts that arise.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of workmanship, compliance with building codes, and adherence to safety regulations.
Manage project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and the review and approval of invoices and payments.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the project.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
