Senior Project Management Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through closure, overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholders, and risks.
Develop and implement project plans, methodologies, and schedules to align with the organization’s portfolio and strategic objectives.
Monitor and control all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, and time requirements.
Facilitate communication and alignment among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews to ensure clarity on objectives, roles, and expectations.
Resolve project-related issues collaboratively, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Verify task completion and track project team performance across the lifecycle.
Monitor project scope changes, risks, and issues, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure adherence to defined processes, SLAs, and industry best practices, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Review ROI, business cases, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Monitor expenditures, control project costs, and promote cost-effective solutions.
Forecast earned value estimates and provide stakeholders with accurate financial performance reports.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
Ensure transparent communication across all levels, keeping teams informed of progress, challenges, and scope changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Adminstration
3–5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to challenges.
Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
