Senior Project Manager

Enterprising leader & planner with a strong record of contributions in streamlining, Projects Engineering, Operations, invigorating design, intensifying productivity, systems & procedures, and targeting assignments LSTK/EPC Project Design, Oil and Gas, Process Industry, Engineering, Interface, and Change Management

Internal (Team & Project Execution)

• Lead the project team with clear direction, support, and motivation.
• Monitor team progress, evaluate skills, and provide guidance for improvement.
• Encourage collaboration and teamwork across departments.
• Identify training needs and ensure smooth knowledge transfer from OEM/vendor teams to internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Manage multiple tasks and resources efficiently.
• Proactively address and mitigate risks to avoid delays or issues.

External (Client & Stakeholder Management)

a) Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.

b) Communicate professionally with clients, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

c) Build trust with clients by showing confidence, commitment, and a clear understanding of project scope.

d) Handle client expectations effectively, providing solutions and reassurance where needed.

e) Work with external partners (including OEMs) to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

f) Initiate portfolio enhancements and sales support activities to strengthen client relationships.

g) Create new leads and support business growth by identifying opportunities during project execution.

h) Guide teams to effectively utilize the offered solutions and demonstrate value to clients.

i) Translate client needs into relevant solutions using Avant’s portfolio and expertise.

Requirement

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field
• PMI Trained, PMP Certification
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified International Procurement Professional and Manager (CPP & CPPM)
• Certified International Supply Chain Professional, Manager & Consultant (CISCP, CISCPM & CISCPC)
• Certified International Commercial Contract Manager and Consultant (CICCM & CICCC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
