Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, plan, and deliver construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality standards, and controlling costs in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects.
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and client specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project costs, manage contracts, and approve variations/change orders.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews; identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all statutory approvals, documentation, and quality control processes are in place.
- Mentor and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, project planning tools, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera or other project management software.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 8–12+ years of experience managing medium to large construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹807,113.87 - ₹1,451,613.01 per year
