We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven Project Senior Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation, with a proven ability to drive complex projects within defined timelines and resource constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of project development, from feasibility and concept design to execution and handover.
• Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans including budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cost Management: Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and implement cost-optimization strategies while maintaining quality.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans to safeguard project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the firm’s standards, specifications, and brand expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Vendor Oversight: Manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and supervise performance of architects, engineers, PMCs, and contractors.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership through comprehensive project reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Architecture degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• At least 5 years of on-site field experience in similar projects.

Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
