About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end commercial interior fit-out and MEP projects across India. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing large-scale, time-sensitive, and high-security projects such as airports, corporate offices, and commercial facilities.

This position demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and financial discipline to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget — while maintaining premium quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Mobilization

  • Develop detailed execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation plans.
  • Set up governance structures, communication protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.

2. Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from mobilization to handover.
  • Coordinate between civil, MEP, and interior teams to maintain workflow and quality.
  • Monitor progress using tools such as MS Project / Primavera / Zoho Projects and prepare periodic reports.
  • Enforce QA/QC, HSE, and documentation standards.

3. Financial & Cost Management

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cost-to-complete, and cash flows.
  • Approve vendor and subcontractor bills as per milestones.
  • Drive client billing, revenue recognition, and negotiate variations or scope changes.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for all client communications and escalations.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships while protecting commercial interests.
  • Present project status, risks, and recovery plans effectively.

5. Leadership & Vendor Coordination

  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams across sites.
  • Ensure vendor productivity, quality, and adherence to timelines.
  • Resolve site-level issues and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

6. Risk & Compliance Management

  • Anticipate challenges related to labour, logistics, or regulatory constraints.
  • Implement contingency measures to maintain progress.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, QA, and statutory standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven leadership in large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of interiors, civil, and MEP systems.
  • Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Zoho).
  • Excellent budgeting, contract management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Crisis management and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management (mandatory).
  • Master’s (MBA / Construction Management) preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, LEED, or Six Sigma are desirable.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
