Job Objective
Participate in project management and monitor the execution of all activities related to project and initiative management according to the company’s project management methodology, ensuring that projects achieve their objectives within the planned timeline, resources, and budget.
Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in managing assigned projects according to best practices in project management and the company’s approved project management methodology.

Coordinate closely with the relevant technical department in developing project execution plans and all related activities in accordance with the Project Management Office (PMO) methodology.

Coordinate closely with the program management team on all project management activities, including budget preparation, reporting, and internal and external communications.

Ensure that project objectives are met and that all project deliverables and related activities are delivered on time and within the agreed-upon budget.

Define tasks, duties, and responsibilities for project team members based on project requirements and the agreed project scope, while avoiding overlap between team members’ roles.

Participate in determining the project’s technical, financial, human, and technological requirements, allocate necessary resources, and assist in preparing the project budget.

Manage the project budget in line with the execution of activities and deliverables schedule, ensuring compliance with PMO methodology.

Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that any scope changes are documented and approved through Project Change Request forms.

Monitor and control project execution and progress, track deliverables, and provide regular progress and status reports to the project sponsor and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure agile risk assessment and implement mitigation measures to achieve sustainable profitability and improve free cash flow.
Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Lean and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, as well as advanced PowerPoint skills.
