Senior Project Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of assigned real estate development or construction projects. Ensures proper implementation of project procedures, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and strict adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Drives team performance to achieve project goals and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the project team to ensure effective execution of project plans and procedures.
• Monitor site activities, progress, and performance to ensure alignment with project schedules and targets.
• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and timelines, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and validate project reports, progress updates, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support decision-making by providing accurate project data, analysis, and recommendations to management.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project performance or stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement of project execution processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred or related field).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate Development, Construction Projects, or Project & Construction Management.
• Strong experience managing mid to large-scale development / infrastructure / housing projects.
