Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and technically sound Project Manager to oversee and deliver mobile application and web development projects. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the technical aspects of software development while also excelling in communication, coordination, and client management.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial requirement gathering through planning, execution, testing, delivery, and post-launch support. The role requires close collaboration with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end mobile (iOS & Android) and web development projects.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Convert requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and task breakdowns.
• Coordinate daily activities with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other technical resources.
• Ensure proper implementation of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project needs.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, delays, or dependencies, and take corrective action proactively.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including scope documents, timelines, change requests, and reports.
• Act as the main communication bridge between clients and technical teams.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients in clear, professional English.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before client handover.
• Manage change requests and scope creep effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in a software development or IT services environment.
• Proven experience managing mobile application and web-based projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases – conceptual level).
• Familiarity with version control systems and deployment workflows.
• Strong client-handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clients.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and delivery.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

• Experience working with international or enterprise-level clients.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Scrum Master, PMP, or related certification (preferred but not mandatory).
