Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and governing multiple complex projects and workstreams, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external implementation partners, and senior stakeholders to achieve business and client objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects and parallel project tracks across programs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for assigned initiatives.
  • Liaise with implementation and advisory partners’ project managers to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Proactively identify project risks, maintain a comprehensive risk register, and track mitigation actions.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Provide regular and structured project status reports to the Steering Committee and Executive Sponsors.
  • Manage change requests, ensuring thorough impact analysis and formal approval processes.
  • Mentor, guide, and support Project Managers to strengthen delivery capability and consistency.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager managing complex, multi-stream projects.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Domain knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion, SAP).
  • Experience with CRM/CX solutions such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Zendesk, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and structured approach to risk and change management.
  • Fluent in Arabic Language
