Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the day-to-day delivery of complex digital projects across websites and mobile apps. This role owns the project heartbeat. Scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communication, acting as a single point of clarity for both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of website and app projects from kickoff to launch
• Own timelines, scope, budgets, QA, and risk management
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (UX, design, content, development, QA, data, SEO)
• Run Agile/Scrum workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience delivering digital projects in agency or product environments
• Strong Agile/Scrum and documentation skills
• Confident, calm communicator with a proactive ownership mindset
• Freelance availability for a minimum 6-month engagement
• Dubai-based preferred (onsite)
• MENA/GCC experience is a plus
