Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The
Senior Project Manager
will oversee project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement in project processes.
Accountabilities:

Working and Skill Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project management
, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Education
: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of
project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
Training:

Project Management Professional (
PMP
) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus
