From blueprint to final build, you will engage in every stage of the development journey - transforming ambition into architecture and concepts into reality.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be managing high-end luxury residential villa and mansion construction projects, must have strong expertise in site supervision and inspection of Architectural and Interior Design (ID) works.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution of luxury residential villas and mansion projects.
• Oversee site supervision and inspection of architectural and interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and mock-ups.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify potential risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Strong expertise in architectural detailing and high-end interior finishes.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury villa and mansion construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
• Minimum 20+ years of overall experience in construction and project management.
• Proven experience in site supervision and inspection of Architectural and Interior Design (ID) works.
• Extensive experience in managing luxury residential villa and mansion construction projects.
• Strong background in handling high-end finishes and premium quality standards.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
