Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage project teams including engineers, site staff, and subcontractors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders at all levels
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority regulations
• Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure profitability of projects
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and method statements
• Ensure quality control and HSE compliance across all projects
• Handle risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Oversee testing & commissioning of MEP systems and final project handover
• Prepare high-level reports and updates for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
• 10–15+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE
• Proven experience handling large-scale fit-out, joinery, and MEP projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and authority approvals
• Excellent communication and client management skills
