Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of complex digital initiatives and ensure smooth execution across technical and business teams. You will act as the key link between clients, developers, and designers, making sure every project is delivered with clarity, speed, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Leadership:
Manage full lifecycle delivery of digital and software projects from planning to deployment ensuring timelines and scope are met.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact between clients internal teams and leadership ensuring clear communication at every stage.

Team Management:
Guide cross functional teams including developers designers and analysts to achieve project milestones efficiently.

Risk and Quality Management:
Identify risks early manage dependencies and ensure high quality standards across all deliverables.

Process Improvement:
Continuously improve project workflows reporting structures and delivery efficiency across teams.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:
5 to 8 years of experience in project management preferably in software digital transformation or IT services with leadership exposure.

Portfolio or Track Record:
Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects with measurable business impact.

Tools and Methods:
Experience with Agile Scrum or hybrid delivery models and project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

Communication Skills:
Strong ability to manage client communication and internal coordination in a structured and professional manner.

Mindset:
You are structured proactive and solution oriented. You know how to balance speed with quality and can lead teams under pressure while keeping projects on track.
