Qualifications & Experience:
- Nationality: Omani Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related discipline)
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering projects
- At least 8 years of experience in project management and interface management, preferably in real estate/infrastructure projects
- Proven experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all project interfaces between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure proper integration of design, construction, and operational requirements across all project packages
- Identify and resolve interface issues, conflicts, and coordination gaps
- Monitor interface activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables
- Facilitate regular interface meetings and track action items to closure
- Review and coordinate drawings, technical submissions, and design changes between disciplines
- Support project management in ensuring smooth communication and workflow across teams
Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of engineering design coordination and construction processes
- Experience in interface management systems and documentation control
- Familiarity with project planning tools and coordination platforms
- Knowledge of contract requirements (FIDIC or similar standards)
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors
- Strong capability in managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in resolving technical and coordination issues efficiently
Communication & Reporting:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare and present interface reports, logs, and progress updates
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Pay: RO1,400.000 - RO1,500.000 per month
