Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Competitive / Negotiable (based on experience)

Kalandoor Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-end interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects from planning to completion
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and designers for smooth project execution
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and resources effectively
• Resolve site issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of experience in interior fit-out / construction project management
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes
• Proven experience managing large-scale fit-out projects in the UAE/GCC
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
