Position Overview
Seeking a highly driven Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience leading complex technology initiatives in fast-paced enterprise environments. This individual must possess a strong foundation in project management principles while also demonstrating the ability to quickly evaluate projects, identify gaps, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation while following established IT project management methodologies.

Oversee projects across multiple technology domains including:

IT operational improvements

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, issue logs, risk registers, action item trackers, and key decision documentation.

Coordinate shared resources across multiple initiatives and ensure appropriate prioritization and alignment.

Evaluate projects proactively to identify risks, dependencies, resource conflicts, and process gaps before they impact delivery.

Drive projects forward by identifying blockers, facilitating decisions, and ensuring accountability across teams.

Perform project budget reviews and support financial tracking activities as needed.

Adapt quickly to shifting project scopes, priorities, and organizational needs while maintaining project momentum and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

PMP certification preferred.

Minimum 6–8 years of experience managing multiple large-scale, complex IT projects.

Proven experience leading enterprise technology initiatives in dynamic environments.

Strong project evaluation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects successfully.
