Senior Project Manager

Talents Tide is hiring on behalf of a prestigious semi-government entity in the UAE for an experienced Senior Project Manager .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project management professional currently working with one of the Big Four professional services firms in the UAE to transition into a high-impact role within the public sector.

About the Role You will lead complex, high-visibility projects, driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives while ensuring excellence in delivery, stakeholder management, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines
• Ensure adherence to approved project management methodologies and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
• Drive continuous improvement and implement industry best practices
• Maintain full compliance with Health, Safety, and organizational governance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP Certification (mandatory)
• 5–8 years of proven experience managing complex projects, ideally IT-enabled or digital transformation projects
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
• Previous experience in Big Four firms in the UAE is highly preferred

• Risk Management & Business Continuity
• ISO 27001 – Information Security Management
• Strategic Planning for Digital Solutions
• Procurement & Technical Contract Management
