Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery in the banking sector, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
