Construction Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects across West Texas.

This is a high-impact role responsible for managing construction execution from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of data center construction projects
• Manage contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting
• Drive site safety and quality assurance programs
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
• Manage utility, permitting, and regulatory interfaces
• Support commercial negotiations, procurement, and change management
• Ensure successful project delivery across multiple active sites

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience delivering mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, project controls, and contractor management
• Experience managing large capital projects from concept through completion
• Strong commercial, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Preferred Experience

• Hyperscale or colocation data center construction
• Utility-scale power infrastructure and substations
• EPC, CMAR, or Design-Build project delivery models
• PMP, CCM, PE, or similar professional certification
