Senior Project Manager

Duties

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications.
  • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and HeavyBid analysis to secure materials at optimal costs.
  • Track project milestones using tools like Civil 3D and Construction scheduling software; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software.
  • Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and administration within the construction industry.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Civil engineering or construction management degree preferred; relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus. Join us to lead innovative projects that shape communities! Pay: $74,075.66 - $89,209.39 per year
