Senior Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools.

Position Summary:

The Senior Project Manager oversees multiple projects or complex projects. They standardize processes, mentor Project Managers, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight & Standardization

· Standardize OPES preplanning and execution across projects.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery.

· Provide strategic guidance for risk management and scheduling.

Team Building & Talent Development

· Supervise and mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers.

· Lead career development planning and succession preparation.

· Support recruiting and retention of top talent.

Client & Preconstruction Interface

· Partner with estimating to secure projects and develop scopes.

· Build long-term client relationships and strengthen company reputation.

· Represent company leadership in client negotiations.

Financial & Policy Accountability

· Oversee profitability across multiple projects.

· Support P/L performance reviews for direct reports.

· Ensure strict adherence to company policies.

Values & Culture

· Champion the PACE Initiative and OPES processes across project teams.

· Promote company culture and organizational alignment.

· Attend quarterly company meetings and ensure Injury Free Culture orientation (Safety Bootcamp) is completed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or related/equivalent experience.
  • 10–15 years of project management experience with a proven track record in managing large or multiple projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, client management, and strategic planning skills.

Required Trainings:

  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Injury Free Culture Orientation (Safety Bootcamp)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
