Role Overview

We are seeking a design-driven and strategically minded Senior Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through detailed development and delivery.

This role requires a balance of design sensibility, structured project management, and confident client leadership. The successful candidate will demonstrate ownership, clarity in execution, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams toward delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead projects across all design stages, from concept through documentation
• Maintain clarity of design intent throughout project development
• Establish and monitor project programs to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants

Client & Stakeholder Management

. Serve as primary client point of contact

• Lead design presentations and review meetings
• Manage feedback cycles and incorporate revisions effectively
• Build strong, long-term professional relationships

Technical & Documentation Oversight

• Oversee preparation of complete design packages (drawings, reports, specifications)
• Review documentation for quality, coordination, and consistency
• Ensure deliverables align with project brief and regulatory requirements

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Mentor and guide architects and design team members
• Delegate responsibilities clearly and monitor performance
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture
• Proactively identify and resolve coordination challenges
• Uphold high standards of design and documentation quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture / MS Project Management (preferred)
• 9–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple design stages
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of design processes and consultant coordination

Preferred Skills

• Experience within multidisciplinary design environments
• Knowledge of BIM workflows
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
