Job Title: Senior Project Manager – BSS

About the Role:
SMB is hiring a Senior Project Manager – BSS on behalf of its client. We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on project management professional who can strengthen project delivery, establish operational discipline, and support the PMO/VP of Project Delivery function.
This is an execution-focused role that requires someone who can actively drive projects, implement structure, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery across multiple clients and engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, operational excellence, and client management capabilities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new client teams, from hiring and resource allocation through successful go-live.
- Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Facilities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Establish, implement, and enforce SOPs, training programs, and delivery standards.
- Monitor project performance, team productivity, and delivery KPIs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify project risks, workload imbalances, and operational inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Manage multiple client accounts and concurrent projects while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
- Handle client communications, escalations, status updates, and stakeholder expectations professionally.
- Drive accountability across teams and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Support team ramp-ups, operational transitions, and process stabilization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of hands-on project management and delivery experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent clients and projects.
- Experience working in IT Services, BPO, Outsourcing, Consulting, or Professional Services environments.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end project delivery and client-facing roles.
- Availability to work CST hours (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PKT).
Required Skills:
Project & Operational Management
- Strong experience in project delivery, resource planning, and capacity management.
- Expertise in KPI tracking, project reporting, and performance management.
- Experience creating and managing delivery dashboards and operational reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
Client Management
- Strong experience managing client relationships, communications, and escalations.
- Ability to confidently interact with US-based clients and senior leadership teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing team ramp-ups, transitions, and process stabilization projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly North American organizations, will be highly preferred.
