Senior Project Manager-Civil

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and lead the execution of ADM-approved civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale construction activities in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire construction process across multiple projects.
• Ensure timely progress of works in line with project deadlines and milestones.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other to ensure alignment and quality.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with ADM regulations and standards.
• Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in civil construction, including ADM-approved projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• High level of initiative, energy, and persistence with a results-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
