Senior Project Manager (Civil /Execution)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil/Interior Execution/construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage project schedules, execution-project plans, BOQs and on-site activities
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor budgets, material usage, and resource allocation
• Track project progress and resolve execution-related issues and risks
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and construction best practices and by laws.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in execution processes
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams when required

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of project management experience in civil/construction projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
