Senior Project Manager - Education ( Del 417)

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Education Buildings to lead groundbreaking projects that shape the future of educational infrastructure within our innovative development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of educational buildings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop functional and sustainable education facilities
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and efficient use of funds
• Coordinate with educational stakeholders to ensure facilities meet the specific needs of their programs and users
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations throughout all phases of the project
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all educational building projects and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in project management in educational construction or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex building projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and foster collaboration
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present plans and progress to various stakeholders
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly valued
