Senior Project Manager – Engineering & Construction

We are a dynamic construction firm seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead major projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have deep local expertise, a proven track record of full-cycle project delivery, and the ability to manage diverse, multinational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including bidding, design approval, construction, quality control, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations (SBC Standards, UAE Fire Code, municipal approvals, etc.).
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary and multinational project teams, including local and expatriate staff.
• Oversee material procurement, site inspections, progress tracking, and safety management.
• Prepare and review engineering documents, contracts, and reports in English.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

Core Qualifications & Requirements:

• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dubai's construction regulations (SBC, UAE Fire Code), local practices, and safety standards.
• Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Local Experience: 8+ years in project management, with 5+ years specifically in Dubai.
• Track Record: Must have led at least 2 full project cycles in Dubai (commercial, residential, or municipal).
• Leadership: Proven experience managing multinational and multicultural site teams.
• Language: Fluent in English; able to independently draft contracts and reports.
• Compliance: Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (≥1 year remaining) with no employment restrictions.
• Practical: Valid Dubai driver’s license and local travel familiarity for site visits.
• Skills: Hands-on experience in full project lifecycle and basic project cost control.
