Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-end interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The role involves managing project execution, contracts, stakeholders, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fit-out projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met
• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Handle contracts, variations, claims, and commercial aspects of projects
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance processes
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safety standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and project handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
• Proven experience managing luxury/high-end fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of contract management, claims, and commercial processes
• Familiarity with Primavera/MS Project and ERP systems
• Knowledge of FIDIC and local contracting regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• PMP, SCE, NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar certifications

Salary: SAR 20,000 - 25,000 (Full Package)
