The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead PMO and project controls performance, designing frameworks and strategies to deliver excellence.
• Act as trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and providing subject matter expertise.
• Direct project teams in cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting to achieve key objectives.
• Manage baselines, monitor delivery performance, and oversee quantitative risk analysis for cost and time.
• Drive structured governance, reporting, and compliance with Mace Control Centre and industry standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering capability while championing sustainability and net zero carbon goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in construction, engineering, or related discipline; chartered membership preferred.
• Significant PMO and project controls leadership on major programmes.
• Expert knowledge of tools, techniques, and software including Primavera, Power BI, and risk systems.
• Proven ability to design frameworks, manage uncertainty, and deliver assurance strategies.
