Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Leads project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets. Coordinates stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs, while managing teams and ensuring fee expectations, risk mitigation, and change control are met - driving excellence through proactive leadership and collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery of large-scale infrastructure packages, maintaining quality systems and supporting senior leaders to achieve programme milestones.

• Oversee budgets, risks, and ethical governance, contributing to long-term business sustainability.

• Leads project delivery aligned with the project execution plan and KPIs.

• Manages stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure scope, quality, and programme targets.

• Lead collaborative project teams, driving performance, stakeholder engagement, and best-practice innovation across all phases.

• Champion safety first, ensuring compliance with HSE standards while fostering wellbeing, inclusion and a positive safety culture

• Drives safety, risk mitigation, and change control through collaboration and governance.

• Promotes Mace priorities, leveraging best practice and digital tools for sustainable outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree educated.

• Regional experience within the GCC delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Proven experience in project and construction delivery.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of project controls, safety, and sector-specific standards.
