Senior Project Manager (Must Have Banking Experience)

8-10 years of experience as project manager with banking exposure.

Job Detail:

Manage project execution, controlling and monitoring the activities.

Stakeholder collaboration and facilitation among technical and business teams.

Track activities progress, prepare reports and decks for management committee meetings.

Record discussion and actions in meetings and ensure progress /closure for next reporting period.

Follow up for delayed tasks and ensure pushing things to keep project on-track.

Manage project resources, documents on share point.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within the banking domain (e.g., core banking systems, digital banking platforms, payment systems, risk & compliance systems).

Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and compliance to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Ensure that all solutions comply with banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and internal governance frameworks.

Proficient in building project reports, project plans, summary presentations.

Understands Migrarion, Cutover, Rollout, UAT and business validation processes.

Excellent follow up and documentation skills.

Extremely protective and self driven.

Strong knowledge of IT/Technology regarding Banking.
