Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

The Role
We are partnering with a well-established and reputable real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the Kingdom. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong construction and site experience, particularly in high-rise or tower developments. This role will be based in Makkah and will play a critical part in leading project execution from construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects • Oversee site operations, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices • Drive coordination between stakeholders to resolve technical and construction challenges • Provide regular progress updates to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-rise/tower construction projects • Strong “hands-on” construction background (main contractor or similar) • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with the Saudi market and regulations is a plus
