Location: Ahmedabad, India (office format) / remote

Project focuses on transforming supply chain planning processes by leveraging advanced technologies, data analytics, and modern methodologies. It aims to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness of supply chain operations. The overarching goal of the project is to address inefficiencies in traditional supply chain planning by integrating advanced tools and fostering better alignment across processes, technology, and organizational capabilities.

Stack on the project: Product and Project Management, Product Ownership

Tasks:

• Team Leadership & Delivery
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of a 6+ person development team
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering business value
• Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and project health
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; work with stakeholders to resolve them

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Delivery Manager in an agile environment
• Proven track record of managing multi-person engineering teams (6+ people)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Ability to drive alignment, manage priorities, and make trade-offs under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Background in software development, SaaS products, or data platforms is a plus

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Working time zone: Overlap with India (second half) and US (first half) time zones required
