Responsibilities
Coordinate and align offshore activity plans across multiple Major Projects packages, ensuring readiness, SIMOPS compatibility, and smooth integration with FOPS, Drilling & Wells, E&C, Logistics, and Site Base Operations.
Monitor offshore readiness, marine spread allocation, POB constraints, and daily progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and operational conflicts while supporting timely issue resolution.
Act as a central interface between project teams, EPC contractors, and offshore stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication, accurate reporting, and adherence to HSE requirements and operational standards.
Coordinate offshore execution readiness across multiple Major Projects packages, ensuring alignment of schedules, resources, SIMOPS, and operational constraints.
Track and consolidate offshore plans, mobilization readiness, and daily progress updates from EPC contractors, escalating risks and delays to project leadership.
Maintain oversight of marine spread allocation, vessel plans, POB limits, and logistics interfaces to ensure feasibility of offshore operations.
Serve as a key interface between Major Projects, FOPS, Drilling & Wells, E&C, HSE, Logistics, and Site Base Ops to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.
Participate in offshore coordination forums, readiness reviews, and shutdown preparation meetings, providing early visibility on gaps and operational risks.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine, or equivalent technical discipline.
10+ years of experience in offshore oil & gas operations or project coordination roles.
Strong background in offshore planning, logistics integration, and multi entity coordination.
Experience working within SIMOPS-heavy, brownfield or multi project environments is strongly preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse DPRs, readiness information, schedules and identify risks/deviations.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural project environment.
Fluent in English; proficient with planning, reporting and coordination tools.
Mandatory offshore safety certifications (T BOSIET, H2S).
